Overview:
The HelpConnection.NET solution is a complete, web-based CRM (Customer Relations Management) system. It is a client information, knowledgebase, ticket and communication system!

When testing in the demo area, please note that there are many optional settings in the web.config file that will affect your entire HelpConnection.NET solution. You will be able to try these in the Trial Version, but we only maintain one demo version online here.

Once you log out of the demo, you will be given an opportunity to download a trial version.

If you like what you see so far, and you either have or are hosted on a Windows IIS server that supports asp .NET v2.0, then you may want to try installing it for yourself. The trial version is time limited and can only be run for 21 days, so you should download it when you will have time to install and test it out. Only one trial can be obtained per person, company, email address or IP address.
