NBN Co is a company that was established in 2009 by the Australian government to implement a nationwide high speed broadband infrastructure. In May 2011, in order to develop the software systems that would support its physical network and provide the required levels of uptake and configuration for new services, NBN Co devised a tools strategy to manage the software delivery lifecycle in a highly automated, consistent way.
