Aberdeen’s analysis confirms the prevailing wisdom that endpoint security based on anti-virus software alone is not enough, particularly given the technology mega-trends (e.g., social, mobile, cloud) that are dramatically transforming our IT computing infrastructure, and the corresponding changes in the security threat landscape.
