Do you manage a complex Cisco Unified Communications environment? If you do, then you’re already fully aware of how sensitive real-time traffic, such as voice and video, are to such things as latency, jitter, and packet loss. Now, throw this system into the same infrastructure with the rest of your data, and you don’t always have the best recipe for success.
