The volume of enterprise data is growing exponentially. It should come as no surprise that with this growth there is an increase in related challenges, risks and expense. Many of these challenges are associated with litigation and regulatory compliance. Adverse judgments, sanctions, legal expenses, and compliance initiatives are not only expensive financially, but also introduce increased personal exposure to corporate executives and other stakeholders.
