Senior management wanted to implement new technology that could help cut costs related to communications and collaboration. This case study examines the benefits BSA LifeStructures was able to gain by deploying a communications solution using Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, Exchange Server 2007with Unified Messaging, and LifeCam webcams.
