Overview: The company was founded in the Fall of 2000, and using funds generated by its founders, proceeded to develop the first web based fully functional system for registration, claims evaluation, settlement, payout, audit and reporting of class action administration and distribution.
In March, 2001, our software was selected as the principal technical resource and support for the administration of the Walkerton class action settlement. The software is dynamic and its current version contains many innovative features including:
embedded intelligence to dramatically reduce the costs normally associated with the administration of a class action;
exceptionally robust functionality to manage large numbers of claimants; and
web-based capacity to ensure appropriate secure access to relevant data for all parties to the action (for example, the claimant can see a limited amount of data, an evaluator is restricted to their group of claimants, and the court can view everything).
In response to client need and demand, Terida developed and launched additional products, including FORSYS -KM for foresnic analaysis
